Around 1:30 Saturday morning shots rang out inside the White Eagle Club located at 595 East Washington Avenue in Bridgeport, CT. Radio reports said the shooting took place inside the club sending one person to the hospital. Responsible was a Hispanic male who tried to flee but was apprehended inside the club. We have no information regarding the condition of the victim. A short time later St. Vincent’s Hospital admitted another Hispanic male with a gunshot wound to his arm he received while at the club. He went home and tried to tend to the wound himself first. As with all breaking news information can change. When we get any further information we will be sure to pass it on to you.

  1. I was right up the street, and as i was leaving a friends house i saw them lifting the person ontop the ambulance, it was a very sad sight. Too many people getting hurt over simple stuff.
