11:33am–#Bridgeport CT–Firefighters were called to 156 Boston Avenue, the CW Price Building for a possible hazardous materials response.  The building was evacuated and ladder 10 was reporting people running out of the building according to scanner reports and our fire reporter Garth Trotto.   A fifth engine was requested to the scene.  After investigating the firefighters discovered it was pepper spray.  They called in a recall by 11:36am.
