#Westport CT–On 01/19/2016, David Dagley turned himself in to the Westport Police Department on an outstanding warrant for the charges listed above. On 11/04/15 at approximately 1:00am, the accused and his accomplice, previously arrested Jacob Dagley, broke into the Merritt Country Store on Main Street in Westport by throwing a rock though the front glass. Accused then stole cigarettes valued at $545.61. Later that night, the accused and Jacob Dagley were involved in a high speed chase with the Milford Police Department and were arrested. Westport Detectives were able to connect Dagley to the crime by store video as well as the accused being in possession of the stolen goods.
