4:49pm–UPDATE: Police report that the cars have been removed and traffic is flowing on North Avenue once more.

3:49pm–#Bridgeport CT–Two people were seriously injured in the green Subaru after being rear ended by a silver SUV. Witnesses told me they thought the driver of the silver SUV either was intoxicated or had a medical condition, they said the driver was swerving prior to hitting the green Subaru at the interseciton of North Avenue and Dewy/Briarwood Avenue. The silver SUV continued south on North Avenue near the Fairfield town line and came to a stop after hitting a tree in the median.
