2:35pm–A man has escaped from the Golden Hill Courthouse on Golden Hill Street during a parole hearing.  The judge raised his bond and he fled the courthouse knocking down an employee according to radio reports.  Police are looking for a light-skinned black male wearing jeans, black hoodie with a neck tattoo.
