2019-04-24 @ 11:11pm–#Bridgeport CT– Police received a report of a possible kidnapping that took place on East Avenue and Cross Street which included a baby in the car.  Police quickly located the car around the corner on Barnum Avenue.  Police also was investigating on Cross Street and Bishop Avenue connected with this incident.  An ambulance was called to check the condition of the child.  Police are still investigating.
