Westport News: Breach Of Peace

#Westport CT--On November 14, 2020, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Westport Police officers respondedto a local address on a report of a disturbance. The complainant stated she was arguing withKeith Carter. She alleged that during this argument Mr. Carter pushed her to the ground. Mr.Carter had left the area prior to the officers’ arrival and could not be located. Based upon theinvestigation, a warrant for Mr. Carter’s arrest was completed and signed by a Superior CourtJudge.Mr. Carter was taken into custody by Westport officers on July 13, 2021, and per thewarrant he was charged with Breach of Peace. Twelfth Night

The Stratford Library, 2203 Main Street, announces that the Hudson Shakespeare Company of New Jersey will return to Stratford on Saturday, July 24 at 2 pm for its live, in-person production of the popular comedy “Twelfth Night”.  Performed outside in the library’s scenic courtyard, the fully-staged and costumed performance is free and open to the public. Fairfield News: EMS Threatened By Crowd

When EMS arrived they found a large party outside who threatened to shoot them according to radio reports. #Ansonia CT--On July 16, 2021 at about 1:55 P.M., an Ansonia Police Department patrol officer attempted to stop a silver Audi on North Main Street at Liberty Street. The Audi fled the scene at a high rate of speed travelling north; the officer attempting the stop did not pursue the Audi. At the intersection of North Main Street and Third Street the Audi, which was now travelling north in the southbound lane, struck a Hyundai attempting to turn left onto Third Street. The Audi then travelled onto the sidewalk striking a fire hydrant, a pedestrian and a tree before coming to a stop at the entrance to the Daily Mart parking lot.
