2019-07-30 @ 11:29pm–#Bridgeport CT– An intoxicated person brought to St. Vincent’s Hospital stole a cellphone from an AMR EMS technician and fled the hospital. Apparently the person was checked in because police know the person’s name and address and they are tracking the cellphone (delayed report).
