#Westport CT--At approximately 4:32am on December 12th, 2015, Westport Officers responded to a reported physical domestic disturbance at a local residence. The female party threw a drink in the face of the male, then the male put the female in a headlock. Arrested was Marie Jane Fink (age 30) of Westport Connecticut, and Joshua Warren (age 40) also of Westport Connecticut. December 17, 2015 – The Connecticut State Police today graduated 58 new State Troopers, all members of the 125th Training Troop. Colonel Brian Meraviglia, Commander of the State Police, congratulated the graduating class during a ceremony at Jorgensen Auditorium at the University of Connecticut. Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman addressed The 125th training troop entered the Connecticut State Police Training Academy on June 15, 2015, and spent approximately 1,400 hours in the classroom. They spent many more hours training in physical conditioning, water rescue, driving and other specialized areas of police work.
