10:40pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man was robbed by 10-15 teens on bike outside the Walgreen's on 1000 Park Avenue. The victim said they were teens on bicycles and the fled towards Seaside Park.

9:48pm--#Bridgeport CT--A home invasion in the 800 block of Platt Street. 2 armed men robbed the husband and wife. Police are on scene investigating.
Robert Ford Jr. D.O.B. 08/10/1974 of 2208 Fairfield Ave Bridgeport, CT was arrested and charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree, 2 counts of Burglary 3rd, Possession of Burglary Tools, Larceny by Possession, Larceny 5th and Larceny 6th after he was found in possession of numerous stolen items from motor vehicles in the area of Melville Ave and Villa Ave. The subsequent investigation revealed Ford entered a motor vehicle that was parked inside of a garage that was attached to a home. At 1:54 this morning a resident reported a suspicious person in his yard and knocked on the window in an attempt to get his attention. 6:43pm--#Fairfield CT--Police were dispatched to Black Rock Turnpike at Burroughs Road because the traffic lights were out. Turns out the whole area is without power. UI has been notified. Remember if you approach an intersection with the traffic light out you need to treat it like a four way stop. No word on when power will be restored.
