His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. He strongly believes that the public has right to know what is happening in their backyard and that government needs to be transparent. Steve also likes promoting local businesses.

Stratford Summer Sunset Concert Series

STRATFORD – The Stratford Department of Recreation is excited to announce that the 2020 Summer Sunset Concert Series will kick-off on Tuesday, July 21st featuring rock n roll music by the ever-popular band Oddfellows. Amtrak Funding

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Tom Udall (D-NM) and U.S. Representative Danny Davis (D-IL) introduced the Intercity Passenger Rail Trust Fund Act to permanently fund Amtrak. The bicameral legislation would create a dedicated fund to help Amtrak invest in major improvement projects, increase passenger rail’s efficiency, and help provide safer, more reliable service. Bridgeport News: Person Shot

2020-07-20@ 9:44pm--#Bridgeport CT--- The police say that a person was shot in the 1400 block of Barnum Avenue.  The victim was transported to the hospital by private vehicle to Bridgeport Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
