Note in my initial report that "The car had plates on it that didn’t belong on that car according to radio reports' Sha'Quinn Jamair Johnson (DOB 07/29/1998) was arrested and issued Misdemeanor Summons charging him with Operating Under Suspension 14-215 and Engaging In Pursuit 14-223(b) after Johnson engaged Officers in pursuit on Commerce Drive into Bridgeport while driving with a suspended license. While on routine patrol in the area of Commerce Drive and Coolidge Street I observed a vehicle get off exit 25 of I95 North. UPDATE: Police say officers responded to a female with difficulty breathing at the train station. The 19 year old female victim was possibly raped across from the bus station in an abandoned lot.. Detectives were notified and went to speak with the victim.
