9:11pm–#Bridgeport CT–Bridgeport Police are investigating a crash between an SUV and a Connecticut State Police car at the intersection of Frank and Main Street.  There were no reported injuries but I have not confirmed this.

8:19pm–#Bridgeport CT– A pedestrian has been hit by a motorcycle at the intersection of North Avenue and River Street.  The motorcycle has fled the scene according to radio reports.

5:15pm–#Bridgeport CT– A fifteen year old boy was assaulted and his sneakers valued at over $200 was taken when he was at the intersection of Jennings Avenue and Evers Street according to radio reports.

5:11pm–#Bridgeport CT–A woman was robbed of over $4,000 by someone she knows.  She was knocked down and her purse that had the cash was taken while in the 1700 block of Barnum Avenue.  Police are investigating.

1:33pm–#Bridgeport News: If traveling near Broadbridge and White Plains Road avoid hitting the white male that keeps running into traffic.  Police are on the way.

11:04am–#Bridgeport CT–Police called to West Morgan and West Parkway for a turkey in the roadway…the feathered kind, not your ex!

11:26pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut–A crash with a car on it’s side on Bankside Road (off Rooster River Blvd near Madison Avenue).  No word on injuries.

8:22pm–#Bridgeport CT–Firefighters were called to 65 Goodsell Street for a fire in an abandoned, boarded up house. There was fire on the right side of the house with fire on the first and second floor. The windows and doors were boarded up which delayed their entry into the building. Once entry was gained the fire was quickly put out. The fire marshal was called to the scene. There were no reported injuries.
