11:10pm--‪#‎Bridgeport‬ CT--A man was shot on his right abdomen just below the rib cage at Marinia Village on Ridge Avenue. He was taken to Bridgeport Hospital, his condition is unknown at this time. Police have just begun their investigation. -Un hombre recibió un disparo en el abdomen a la derecha justo debajo de la caja torácica en Marinia Village en la avenida del canto. 1:10pm--#Bridgeport CT--Firefighters on scene with a fire in the elevator shaft at the downtown library on Broad Street.  UPDATE-- Turns out to be an overheated compressor. Bomberos en la escena con fuego en el hueco de un ascensor en la biblioteca del centro en la calle Broad. ACTUALIZA-resulta ser un compresor sobrecalentado. Bombeiros no local de um incêndio no poço do elevador na biblioteca do centro na Broad Street. ATUALIZAÇÃO-Acaba por ser um compressor superaquecido.

Bridgeport News: Motorcycle Crash Tying Up Seaview Avenue

12:55pm--#cttraffic--#Bridgeport CT--Avoid I-95 northbound exit 29 Seaview Avenue.   A motorcycle accident has traffic down to one lane and traffic is at a crawl.  The accident is between a Fed Ex home delivery truck and the motorcycle.  No word on the motorcyclist's condition, the accident investigation team has been dispatched.  UPDATE:   According to Capt. Robert Evans, the head of the traffic division, the incident involved the operator of a motorcycle and a box truck. The motorcyclist has been identified as Keith Ward, 54, of Bridgeport. He was traveling north on Seaview when he collided with the rear of the box truck. The preliminary investigation indicates that the motorcycle had been reported stolen.
