Opened for about three weeks now, Mayor Joseph Ganim along with State Representative Christopher Rosario were among the dignitaries on hand to cut the ribbon Thursday afternoon. Owner Katie Vanovitch said Senior Helpers mission is to allow senior citizens to maintain their independence for as long as possible within their home.
