Look Who’s Doing It Local!

It was a pleasure to meet Joseph and Buddy Ontra of Ontra Stone Concepts at 541 Central Avenue in Bridgeport.  We are standing near their CNC machine which allows them to make precise cuts of the stone guided by the computer and the stone artisans at Ontra Stone.   Buddy is a member of the Natural Stone Institute, Stone Fabricators Alliance, National Kitchen and Bath Association, and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. These organizations call on Buddy to speak at industry trade shows and moderate panel discussions attended by other fabricators.  He has published numerous articles in trade journals and is nationally renowned as an industry expert, and is a certified speaker with the Natural Stone Institute.   In…

The Stratford Police Department is investigating a report of a missing juvenile, Andrea Dixon, age 17. Dixon was last seen on 11-23-2018 at 11 Mount Vernon Avenue in Mount Vernon, NY where she was staying with a friend. Dixon has ties to the Bronx and is reported to have a personality disorder. Anyone with information as to Andrea Dixon’s whereabouts is asked to call the Detective Torres 203-385-4120 or Police Dispatch 203-385-4100.

BRIDGEPORT, Connecticut – November 29, 2018 – St. Vincent’s Medical Center will host its fourth annual Birth Symposium. I-95 Accident

10:27pm--UPDATE: Extrication completed.  Minor injuries reported. 10:04pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A crash on I-95 northbound near exit 26, one van rolled over.  Initial reports said possible ejection so the DOT shut the cameras down, the is NO ejection.  Two people are out of the vehicles one man is pinned but talking with firefighters.   This news report is made possible by;
