12:02am--#Bridgeport CT-- Police located a stolen car in the St. Vincent Hospital area. A slow speed pursuit went down Main Street, to and across Washington Avenue around side roads in the Hollow before police broke off the pursuit. Fairfield Police UPDATE: On 03/25/2018 at approximately 9:15pm an armed robbery occurred at Star Gas Station 350 Jennings Rd. Fairfield, CT. The store clerk reported that a male entered the store armed with a knife, and demanded cash. The clerk opened the cash register and backed away while the suspect reached over the counter and took the cash drawer out of the register. The suspect then removed an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store on foot eastbound on Jennings Road. The store video surveillance showed a tall thin male, with light to fair skin, wearing a purple bandana wrapped around his face, a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, work style boots, and carrying a knife. 9:45pm--#Westport CT-- Three people evacuated a home on Island Way for a fire on their roof. The homeowner thought he put the fire out with a garden hose but firefighters found addition flames on the back of the home.
