11:34pm--#Bridgeport Ct-- cttraffic--A crash in the right shoulder on I-95 southbound about one hundred years from 27A. Despite the emergency vehicles the traffic does not seem to be backing up.
9:30pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Police say 3 people were shot on on Denver Avenue in the city's West Side after a dispute. When I arrived on scene I found one victim at Howard Avenue and Maplewood Avneue and a second victim at Howard Avenue at Howard Place. Police said the three had non-life threatening injuries. One was shot in the shoulder, another in the cheek and the third in the backside.
11:44pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Dominoes at 4310 East Main Street had a walk up customer of sorts when a man walked up and asked for an ambulance after being shot in the hand. 10:40pm--#Norwalk CT-- First responders received multiple calls for an explosion and then smoke coming out of the sewer drain on Washington Street. Firefighters on scene reporting no power in the area, probably a blown transformer. Fire Department UPDATE: At 2220 hrs. the Stratford 911 Center received a 911 call from an employee of Ashcroft Inc. stating that there was a fire inside the building located at 250 East Main Street. The Stratford Fire Marshals Office reports that several second shift employees observed a worsening smoke condition inside the production area. Simultaneously alerting Stratford 911 and initiating an evacuation of the facility, employees applied three portable fire extinguishers to control the fire. Subsequently, the building fire sprinkler system activated due to the worsening conditions holding the fire in check until the arrival of Stratford Fire personnel at 2227 hrs. Stratford Fire personnel under the command of Assistant Chief Timothy Brennan insured the extinguishment of the fire, shutting…
