1:55pm--#Fairfield CT--#cttraffic-- A down tree is blocking the northbound lane of Route 58, Black Rock Turnpike near the Hi-Ho Motel/Bennington Drive. Trumbull News: Man Injured in Car Fire
11:25am--#Trumbull CT-- Police received a call for a car explosion at 5893 Main Street. Police were first on the scene and found a man inside a car that was on fire. Police were able to get the man out of the car and he was transported to the hospital by EMS. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. No word on what injuries the man had. UPDATE: No stabbing, just hit over the head with a bottle. 12:00am--#Bridgeport CT-- St. Vincent's Hospital reported to police that a victim of a stabbing just arrived at the emergency room. The stabbing reportedly happened at/near the club on Lexington Avenue. This news report is made possible by:
