Bridgeport News: Police Investigate Two Homicides Overnight
Bridgeport, CT - This morning, at 0214 hours, Bridgeport Police officers were called to the scene of a neighbor dispute at 950/952 State Street that turned violent resulting in one man, being shot. The male victim was located at Norman and Fremont Street and transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. While investigating that homicide, another fatal shooting occurred in the parking lot of 140 Alice Street at 0427 hours. The victim, lived in the building. The motive is not clear at this time, but there is no connection to the previous incident. These are the 15th and 16th homicides this year.
