Bridgeport News: Police UPDATE: One In Custody After Shots Fire In Black Rock
UPDATE: Police confirm that at 11:23pm at 124 Seaside Avenue, the wife report that her husband was going to commit suicide and she fled to a neighbor's house with her two children. She told police he had a pistol permit and has guns. Officers reporting to the scene heard a shot from the house. A perimeter was set up and and neighboring homes were evacuated. A short time later the suspcet waled out of the house with his hands up and was taken into custody without incident.
