Toquet Hall Teen Center announces an after school class in video game puppetry to be held March 27 through March 31from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Registration is open to students in grades 7-12. Led by the EK Theater (www.ektheater.com), students will learn how to use Minecraft to tell "The Story of Aoyagi" from Lafcadio Hearn's Kwaidan, a collection of Japanese ghost stories first published in 1904. 3:22pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- EMS in the area, called their dispatch of heavy smoke in the area of Sheridan Street and Ogden Street Extension. Firefighters responded, confirming the smoke in the area. They found a two and half story garage on fire at 47 Mead Street. Within a half hour firefighters had the bulk of the fire knocked down. There were no reported injuries.
