Here is the Bridgeport Police Press Release: The Bridgeport Police Serious Crash Investigation Team was called out to investigate a pedestrian vs. motor vehicle crash that occurred on June 25 at approximately 2113 hrs in front of 202-204 Arlington St.<x-apple-data-detectors://5> Gasper Esteves, 81 of Bridgeport was outside of his parked 2003 Ford Ranger when he was struck by a vehicle described as a white SUV travelling west on Arlington St near the intersection of Madison Terrace. The striking vehicle did not stop and is actively being sought by Bridgeport Police.
