Himes Introduces Bill, Amendment To Clarify Military Rules On Cyber Attacks

#WASHINGTON, DC –Congressman Jim Himes (CT-04) introduced the bipartisan Cyber Act of War Act, a bill that would require the Administration and the Department of Defense to develop a policy for determining when an action carried out in cyberspace constitutes a use of force against the United States and to update the Law of War Manual accordingly. Stratford PAL Athletes named to the CT All-State Rifle Team

#Stratford Connecticut--Recently 9 members of the Stratford PAL Junior Rifle Club were recognized by the CT State Rifle and Revolver Association (CSRRA) in a banquet Thursday May 12 th in Wallingford. These 9 shooters were named as CT All-State Athletes in either the Sub-Junior (under age 14) or Junior Categories (14-18 years old). Each of these young athletes was selected based upon their superior scores and league averages over the 2015-2016 season.
