#cttraffic--I-95 northbound has very heavy bumper to bumper traffic due to the two right lanes being closed for construction right after exit 27. A big 3 car pile up happened as a result making the traffic even worse, those cars are being towed at 11:15pm. UPDATE: I just spoke with Lieutenant Perez of the Fairfield Police Department. He told me that all the info below is accurate but the person fled so fast from the car he left his shoes behind! So the person was not robbed.
