She saw it being driven away when she screamed it was being stolen. A person already in their vehicle in the parking lot began following the stolen SUV. The suspect possibly not knowing he was being followed went down Fairfield Avenue to Wordin Avenue and Stephen's Lane when Bridgeport Police attempted to pull the vehicle over. The driver took off taking officers into PT Barnum Housing. The car turned into one of the drives when his car was blocked by a Bridgeport Police car near building 21 at Anthony Street.
