10:49pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police were called to a report of a kidnapping turned out to be false. A woman with a possible psychiatric disorder called police to say she was being held against her will. At first it was thought to be on Pearl Harbor Street. Police were challenged with the caller having a 911 only phone. That is she could only dial 911 but not receive incoming calls. After arriving on Pearl Harbor Street they asked the woman if she could see their lights which she could not. Video Report: 4:25pm--#Fairfield CT--#Bridgeport CT: I spoke with Captain Perez of the Bridgeport Police Department on the phone to confirm some of the details of today's police pursuit into Fairfield. According to the captain police apprehended Charles Young after the pursuit. Police were investigating him for alleged drug dealings. He led police into pursuit onto I-95, with speeds exceeding 100 mph. He exited I-95 at exit 22, the North Benson Road exit. He attempted to re-enter the highway but crashed into a snowbank.
