Man Detained By Woman After Car Break In
(Bridgeport, CT – June 30, 2014) – A city man was detained by two females who caught him rifling through a purse in the back seat of a car Sunday. Officer Matthew Goncalves was dispatched to the 700 block of South Avenue just after 10 p.m. and was flagged down by a two women, who reported they had found a male inside one of their vehicles going through a handbag. One of the women stated she was walking out to a friend’s car when she noticed the dome light on and a male in the back seat. When she ordered him to get out, he invited her to get in.
