12:33am--Fairfield CT-- There was an attempted break in at Wilson's Barbecue on the Post Road. The back door was forced but the cash register was intact.
12: 28am--#Bridgeport CT--Police on scene at the intersection of Statford Avenue and Read Street breaking up a street fight.
12:19am--#Bridgeport CT-- Police are looking for a red 1999 Ford Explorer just taken in a carjacking that just occurred on Robin Street. The vehicle was last seen on Madison Avenue.
12:11am--Bless our police officers, they never know what call they will get next. They were just dispatched for someone complaining about people making outside making noise in the snow. I'm not even going to mention the street....
11:45pm--#Shelton CT-- Police are looking for a black Nissan Pathfinder with CT plate 991 YCF that was involved in an assault with a knife in town. The vehicle was last seen heading south on Route 110 towards Milford.

10:25pm--#Bridgeport CT--The new Subway at Barnum Avenue and East Main was just robbed by a man with a mask and spoke with a Haitian accent who walks with a limp. This is similar to the description of the man who robbed the Shell Station the other night.

(Bridgeport, CT – May 22, 2014) – Police arrested a city man in connection with an incident in which he held two people at gunpoint in their home. At 12:30 a.m. today, Officers Ean Smith, David Uliano and Mathew Szymczak responded to 1019 Kossuth St. on an unlawful restraint complaint. Officers spoke with the victims’ son who stated his parents were being held inside by someone armed with a shotgun. Additional units responded and set up a perimeter. At that point, a 69-year-old man emerged from the front of the house. He was determined to be one of the victims and was escorted to safety.…
