Bank robber captured!
4:54pm--#Bridgeport CT--The People's Bank at 58 Boston Avenue was robbed earlier today. The man was found sleeping in the getaway car on Central Avenue and taken into custody. Earlier post: Taken was $1,000. Police are looking for a black male, 6'1" wearing a black hat, black trench coat, clean shaven but with razor bumps on his face.. He mentioned a gun during the robbery but none was displayed. He fled in a blue 2002 Ford Explorer CT plates 631 SAS. He was found sleeping in this car.
