Fingerless man at it again
10:55pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police on the way to the 300 block of Noble Avenue for a man with no fingers on either hand is in violation of a protective order. The man assaulted the woman last week and now he is outside her window. He is threatening to break the window, she is in a wheelchair.

3 car crash in Bridgeport
