Chronic Alarm Part II
12:01am--#Bridgeport CT–The nightly handicap bathroom motion sensor burglary alarm is going off at the Shiloh Baptist Church at 477 Broad Street. This has been a chronic alarm with no key holder for over two weeks now. I I’m going to post this each time every night until they get this fixed so police can focus on more important things. Police are on the way second time tonight, they were just there at 9:41pm.
Bridgeport’s East Side Raids
State, Local Narcotics Investigators Execute Two Search and Seizure Warrants (Bridgeport, CT - Oct. 16, 2013) -- The Statewide Narcotics Task Force, with assistance from the Bridgeport Police Department SWAT and Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT), as well as personnel from Immigration's & Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs & Border Patrol (CBP), executed a search warrant at 453 Hallett St. in Bridgeport. CBP provided aerial support for the operation. The warrant was the result of controlled buys of Heroin and ‘crack’ cocaine on various occasions from the residence. There were several individuals in and around the premises that were detained, to include two that attempted to flee the scene. BB gun drive by
9:31pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police are looking for a black Honda Santa Fe traveling on Main Street near Capitol Avenue. The driver gets out and randomly shooting at passing cars.
Kids armed robbery spree in the Hollow
9:03pm #Bridgeport CT--Be careful if you are in the Hollow section of town. A man was robbed by three teens while at Frank and Catherine Street, said a gun and possibly a Tack 10 machine gun was displayed around 8:20pm. Just now an attempted robbery by about 8 kids on bikes in front of the North Avenue Jail, one displayed a gun.

Firefighters to make sure fire is out
6:06pm--#Bridgeport CT--Firefighters on the way to 1174 East Main Street behind the Salvation Army where there was a fire in the rear now reported to be out.
Burglary in Bridgeport
5:51pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Report of a burglary in the 2000 block of Old Town Road. A person broke in through a window and went into the house.
Smoke at Greene Homes
5:04pm--#Bridgeport CT--Report of smoke coming from the 7th floor at Building 5 at Greene Homes on Washington Ave. Betcha its the trash chute again!
