His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. He strongly believes that the public has right to know what is happening in their backyard and that government needs to be transparent. Steve also likes promoting local businesses.

THIEVES CONTINUE TO TARGET TRUMBULL FOR STOLEN CARS, WHERE RESIDENTS PROVIDE THE KEYS

#Trumbull CT-- Six (6) cars were stolen from Trumbull driveways in the first two (2) weeks of August, and thefts occurred at more than a dozen locations, where numerous vehicles were entered overnight by thieves once again. Westport Police Department Urges Residents to Lock Vehicles

#Westport, CT-- In a July 10, 2020 press release by this agency, the pronounced spike in property crimes within Westport was detailed at length. Unfortunately, this upward trend has only continued since that time, especially as it relates to the perpetration of motor vehicle thefts and motor vehicle burglaries occurring in the overnight hours.   Since that last release, Westport police have taken a total of fourteen additional stolen motor vehicle reports and have recovered one stolen vehicle from another jurisdiction.
