Norwalk News: Suspect Wanted for Indecent Exposure

The Norwalk Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the pictured male. On September 26, 2022, the male approached a female victim at a local pharmacy, identifying himself as a medical student. The male asked the victim to allow him to examine her feet, and then exposed himself to her.The victim immediately called for help, and the male fled. Norwalk News: Police Officer Assaulted

#Norwalk CT-- On September 10, 2022, at 9:49pm, officers working the Oyster Festival were notified of a fight between juveniles near the Kids Cove. Officers responded to the area and broke up two separate fights. While escorting one of the juveniles that had been fighting out to Seaview Avenue, an officer was attacked by (2) males. One male jumped on the officer, while the second male repeatedly punched the officer in the head. As additional officers ran to assist, one male suspect fled into the crowd. Norwalk News: Trespass and Interfering Arrests

#Norwalk CT-- On Monday, August 29th at 9:06 am the Norwalk Police Communications centerreceived a 911 call from a State of Connecticut Marshall attempting to serve aneviction order at a residence located at 9 Sylvester Court.The Marshall reported that he was met by a group that was interfering andobstructing his attempt to serve the order, as well as several individualstrespassing on the property. A group of officers responded to Sylvester Court and made contact with theMarshall. The officers were confronted by a group a 15-20 people protesting theeviction, trespassing, and obstructing. Norwalk News: Shooting Incident – South Main Street

#Norwalk CT-- On August 4, 2022, at 10:58 p.m., Norwalk Combined Dispatch received multiple 911 calls reporting that gunshots were heard in the area of South Main Street and Merritt Street. Responding officers located a crime scene in the area of 152 South Main Street. A short time later Norwalk Combined Dispatch received a call from Norwalk Hospital, which reported that male suffering from a gunshot wound had just arrived by private vehicle. The victim is a 36- year-old male who suffered non-life-threatening injuries to his legs. The Detective Bureau responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.This investigation is active at this time.
