#Fairfield Connecticut–8/5/2016 @ 11: 11am–U.S. Marshals arrested a Danbury man suspected in the shooting death of his 19 year old daughter in parking lot in New Bedford Massachusetts. Connecticut Post reporter Daniel Trepfer reports Sabrina DaSilva was shot nine times on July 3rd. The suspect, Walter DaSilva, 45, a Brazilian citizen is being held on $500,000 bond pending and extrication hearing. The Post reports that “he was also held on a warrant charging him with violating his probation on a 2002 conviction in Massachusetts for aggrevated assault with a weapon and attempted murder”.

DaSilva was working at house under construction at 615 Brooklawn Avenue. He stopped at Capital Pizza across the street for a sandwich when he was taken into custody without incident by by members of the U.S. Marshal Task Force and charged with being a fugitive from justice. El Connecticut Post reporta que “tambien se llevó a cabo en un orden que lo acusa de violar su libertad condicional por una condena de 2002 en Massachussetts por asalto con una arma e intento de asesinato”

DaSilva estaba trabajando en una casa en construcción en 615 Brooklawn ave. Se detuvo en Capital Pizza cuando cruzo a comprarse un sanwhich.
