10:40pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A woman was being chased by a man, she ran into the store at Park and Vine.  The store owner took out his registered firearm and allegedly shot the man in the chest.  The man took off his shirt and then fled.  The man is known to the woman and she said he is a homeless man who lives in the area.  Police have done a through search of surround streets and have not found anything.  It sounds like the store owner turned himself and the gun in at the police station at 300 Congress Street and is cooperating with police.  Our friend from A&E’s Live PD was on scene.
