Fairfield Police arrested Kaleem Uthmaan of Hamden, Naszar Hobby of New Haven, and Juan Felix of Monroe after an early morning armed robbery and home invasion on Candlewood Road. The incident prompted a shelter in place order and school closures before all suspects were taken into custody.
