11:31am--#Bridgeport Connecticut--The candle money inside St. Margaret's Shrine at 2523 Park Avenue was stolen. Police are looking for a white male, about 5'8" with dark hair. He was wearing a green shirt with writing on the back, long jeans shorts, white socks with red stripes and boots. He fled towards the back of the chapel on Norman Street Extension towards Suburban Avenue. Police located the opened cash box. Approximately $20 was taken. 12:49am--#Bridgeport Connecticut--A person was pushed down by two thin Hispanic males on Charles Street and robbed of his cellphone. The teens were both on black bikes and they fled towards Madison Avenue according to radio reports. This report is made possible by:
#Bridgeport Connecticut--Police are investigating this two car crash that had Connecticut Avenue closed just after 12 noon Wednesday. Witnesses told me that this black car had ran the stop sign on 4th Street hitting the silver/gray car. A motorcycle that was just behind the sliver/gray car miraculously avoided being hit by the cars or any debris flying off the cars as he drove through the scene. The silver/gray car hit a tree and light pole on the sidewalk before coming to a stop. I'm told the two drivers were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries, the motorcyclist was not hurt.
12:03pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut--Police are investigating a report of a 17 year old and a 19 year old sisters were attacking each other with knives in the 900 block of Grand Street according to police radio reports. No word on their conditions.
