6:30pm--#Bridgeport CT-- An attempted robbery occured by two teens, one with a gun at  and  Reservoir Avenue near Alba Avenue.  The driver was about to get gas at the gas station and the two teens approached him, displayed a gun and demanded money.  The driver was still in their car and drove off.  Police are investigating. Thanks to a generous donation from an anonymous donor, 1,200 Bridgeport students will have a brand new backpack full of school supplies. “In Bridgeport, we’re making smart investments in the future, ensuring our kids are prepared to attend college and compete for 21st century jobs.
