#Trumbull CT-- A local woman is credited with saving the life of a child on Thursday night, June 9th,after she pulled the girl from the community swimming pool at the Ten Apartments, 100Oakview Drive, Trumbull. The victim, a five-year-old Trumbull girl, was foundunresponsive in the water at about 6:00 p.m., and was pulled out of the water. Abystander at the pool saw what was occurring, immediately stepped in to help, andbegan doing CPR and rescue breathing on the girl. A short time later, the girl coughedup water and regained consciousness. THREE TEENS CHARGED WITH ROBBERY AND CARJACKING AT TRUMBULL MALL
#Trumbull CT-- Three (3) Bridgeport teenagers were captured Thursday afternoon after robbing a local woman and stealing her car at the Westfield Trumbull Shopping Mall parking lot. At about 2:45 p.m., a fifty-nine (59) year-old woman was loading her car in the mall parking lot when she was surrounded by three (3) young males who demanded her car keys. The woman was pushed from behind and her purse was snatched from her hands, along with her keys. The juveniles entered her vehicle and sped off towards Main Street before police arrived. Trumbull Mall Shooter Surrenders After 6 Hour Standoff
#Trumbull CT-- #Bridgeport CT-- Shortly after 7pm Trumbull Police were notified of a robbery and gunshot at the Zales Store in the Westfield Mall on Main Street. A lone male entered the store brandishing a handgun which he used to shatter glass display case. While doing this, the gun apparently discharged one bullet. The man grabbed several gold chains and fled on foot. No one was injured in the incident. Officers spotted the fleeing car at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Anton Street in Bridgeport where he crashed. The driver was believed to still have the firearm used in the robbery with him. #Trumbull CT--Early Thursday morning, September 17, Trumbull Police apprehended a juvenile near Church Hill Rd. after a resident reported him knocking on their door around 3:00 am, and asking to use their cellphone so he can get a ride home. Officers arrested the fifteen (15) year old West Haven teen, after another citizen notified an officer that a teen was walking around like he "partied too much" and was asking to use his cell phone.
