Fairfield odor of burning
10:22pm--#Fairfield CT--Don't go to sleep yet Fairfield! Report of an odor of burning in the alley way between Fairfield Jewelers and Allstate on the 14898 Post Road. Firefighters on scene reporting nothing visible but are investigating. Police are directing them to Sanford Street for smoldering rags.

4 shot in Bridgeport 1 dead
Video Report--Four people injured in a shooting this afternoon near the intersection of Reservoir and Trumbull avenues. One victim died from his wounds. The other three are believed to have non life threatening injuries. All are males who range in age from their late teens to mid 20s. The incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. Based on preliminary information, the shooting appeared to have happened on Reservoir Avenue across from a shopping plaza. Assaulted with a pipe
6:55pm--#Bridgeport CT--A woman hit another woman over the head with a pipe at the corner of East Main and Shelton Street. The suspect fled down Shelton Street.
