10:03pm--#Fairfield CT-- Burroughs Road near Fairst Street is closed for a one truck accident. The driver was able to free himself but was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The road will be closed until the large branch from the tree is removed from the roadway.
9:02pm--#cttraffic--#Milford CT-- A crash between a car and tractor-trailer on I-95 northbound at exit 40. The car is on its roof. There is also a propane tank in the back of the car but it is not leaking according to radio reports. Avoid the area if you can.
12:00PMish--#Bridgeport CT-- Bassick High School was evacuated today due to a threat found in a bathroom. The students evacuated to Caesar Battalilla School on Howard Avenue and returned after a walk through by police and firefighters according to a phone message sent to parents. 12:20am--#Bridgeport CT-- Central High School's lockdown has been lifted according to police radio reports. The only place to pick up your child is on Lincoln Boulevard. Police spokesperson Av Harris said "there is no active shooter treat at Central High School. Students were circulating a Snapchat photo around the school". The student that was "possibly the suspect was immediately located and detained". Pollice radio reports say that only Lincoln Boulevard is the place to pick up your child if you wish. The area is congested with parked cars from parents.

5:19pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Police have one person in custody after a short pursuit down Iranistan Avenue and crashed in front of the clamshell at Seaside Park. According to the police radio the person was wanted for having an illegal gun.
#Stratford CT--Just before 3 AM today, April 4, 2018, the Stratford Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in a bedroom located at 259 Jackson Avenue. The fire gutted one room in a rooming style house. Firefighters arrived to find a room within the ranch style home to be engulfed with fire and occupants were evacuating. Under the command of Assistant Chief Camperlengo, the Fire Crews were able to contain the fire to the room of origin and had it under control within 20 minutes. The fire resulted in one (1) occupant to be transported to a local hospital for unspecified fire-related injuries and affected the living conditions of all six rooms.
