Multiple denials from police on the victim passing from his injuries so here is the audio from state police. Of course the transmissions have been edited for time. 12:18pm--UPDATE: Shelton detectives report the victim has died according to radio reports. 11:39am--State Police have the car stopped south of exit 48 on the Merritt Parkway. The suspect allegedly admits to an altercation according to radio reports. 11:33am--#Shelton CT--An assault with a baseball bat just occurred outside the TD Bank on Bridgeport Avenue according to radio reports. Police are looking for Gold Mercury with New Jersey plates 863GBV which fled south Bridgeport Avenue after attempting to run over the victim with his car.
#Ansonia CT--12/15/2015-- Calls from a mother of an Emmett O'Brien Technical School student caused a lock down of the school and she was arrested. She called the school twice "very upset and crying hysterically according to the state police report. The report also said "her son calls her names and hates her" and continued "He is like the kid that killed the babies of Columbine and he is an angry child". The student was searched for weapons and interviewed. During the investigation no evidence of weapons or the ability for the son to obtain weapons was founded. The mother, Leslie Teixeria of Ruth Street in Bridgeport was arrested for breach of peace and released on a $2,500 bond. The report…
9:42pm--#Shelton CT-- #Stratford CT-- Police in Stratford and Shelton looking for four teens with guns in the Route 110 area with a possibility of robbery outside the Cumberland Farms. Shelton Police say they have had dealings with them including arrests with guns according to radio reports. They are all on foot. Use extreme caution in the area. This report is made possible by:
#Westport CT--December 4th, 2015 Westport Officers responded to the Shelton Police Department and took custody of Christopher Freer (age 36), for an outstanding larceny arrest warrant held by this Department. The arrest warrant stems from a larceny complaint back on August 28th of this year where the suspect had ran out of the Stop and Shop store with 12 four packs of Red Bull. The suspect, who was being followed by a store employee, then dumped the items in the parking lot before entering a waiting car. The store employee then recovered the stolen merchandise, some of which was damaged from being dropped by the suspect. Using the store video footage of the incident, and with the assistance from the Shelton Police Department, Freer was identified as the suspect.…
