State Police said There are no reports of him having a child in his arms… On Monday, July 8, 2019 at approximately 11:53 p.m., Troopers out of Troop G-Bridgeport were dispatched to the area of Interstate 95, in the area of Exit 40 for the report of a pedestrian walking on the highway. Upon making contact with the individual it was determined that he was in need of a medical evaluation.
