Westport News: Not Exactly A Love Connection
On June 1, 2017 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the complainant came to the Westport Police Department to report an incident that occurred in Parker-Harding Plaza at 2:00 p.m. that same day. She stated that she met a man named James while at Starbuck’s. The complainant went on to say that after talking with James for a period of time, they decided to take a walk. While outside, the suspect allegedly forcibly grabbed the complainant’s arms and attempted to kiss her. The complainant was able to break free from his grip, and then she quickly left the area. At the time the initial report was taken the suspect’s identity was unknown but the complainant was able to provide a physical description.…
