5:28pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut--First responders were called to Seaside Park for a paddle boater who drifted out too far. Fairfield and Bridgeport Marine Units have been scouring the area since. Suffolk County brought in a helicopter to aid in the search from the air. Fire chief at 8:30pm that they will give the search another hour. Witnesses told me that the man's wife and minister were on scene praying. Please do the same.

UPDATE: We have two water rescues going on. The man at Pleasant Beach has been rescued. There is a second missing man in the water at Seaside Park and so far there is no sign of him. 5:15pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A man in a inflatable boat was reported to be in the water and drifting out to sea near the lighthouse near Captains Cove. 11:01am-- Two water rescues at the same time in different towns. First one came in in Norwalk for a paddle boater off Calf Pasture Beach. Bridgeport News: Shots Fired After Driver Attempts To Run Down Cop
3:50pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- Police attempted to pull over a stolen Volkswagen Jetta at Woodrow and Pond Street. The suspect took police on pursuit to Valley Avenue and Wing Street where officer thought the pursuit was over and began moving towards the car for arrest. The suspect attempted to run over the officers. Fearing for officers safety an officer discharged his weapon. Chief of Police A.J. Perez told me no one was hit or injured . The car continued and hit a tree on Griffin Avenue near Griffin Circle where the driver and passenger fled on foot. The driver ran through backyards and was apprehended on Chopsey Hill Road. A short time later the passenger was tracked and apprehended on Clark Street.…
