Stratford News: Theft from Unlocked Cars

#Stratford Connecticut:  The town has had a recent increase in thefts into UNLOCKED cars. We are also experiencing thefts of tires and rims from HONDA make automobiles. These incidents have primarily occurred during the late evening and overnight hours. In an effort to assist Stratford residents the Stratford Police Department is encouraging all residents and visitors to Stratford to follow some basic safety tips to help avoid from falling victim to these types of crime. Start by always locking the doors of your car and activate your car alarms.  Secondly, never leave valuables visible in a vehicle. Westport Police Mourn the Loss of One of Their Own

#Westport Connecticut---The Westport Police Department and the Town of Westport are saddened by the tragic loss of Sergeant Robert Myer. We extend our sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
