9:02pm--#Trumbull CT-- There is a manhunt in the Hilltop Drive area and near exit 8 of Route 8. A Hilltop Drive resident returned home and found an known male in a hoodie in his home. (December 12, 2014) – Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch, Bridgeport Public Schools Superintendent Fran Rabinowitz, and other elected officials, visited Wilbur Cross School yesterday in celebration of the federal government giving the state’s largest city 180 new pre-k seats. The U.S. Department of Education awarded Connecticut $12.5 million to Connecticut this week, which will give 428 kids access to pre-k, and an additional 284 kids to higher-quality pre-k programs. On Saturday, December 13, 2014 between 10a.m. and 5 p.m. off duty Connecticut State Troopers from Troop G will personally be on hand to collect new unwrapped toys at Walmart located at 150 Barnum Aveune Cutoff Stratford, Connecticut.
