Bridgeport Police: Police Investigating 2 Shootings
#Bridgeport CT--Police are investigating two separate shootings tonight. The first occurred on Lenox Avenue around 10:30pm (photo). About an hour later a call at Wentfield Park on Norman and Railroad Avenue for a woman shot in the back at the park. Radio reports say she was shot multiple times. As with all breaking news information will change, conditions of either victim is not known at this time. UPDATE: Bridgeport Police UPDATE: Two non-fatal shootings occurred in Bridgeport on Saturday night. The first was reported at 10:34 P.M. and occurred at 34 Lenox Avenue. The male victim was shot in the leg during a robbery and was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital. The Bridgeport Police Department is actively investigating.
