On 8-5-2023 around 2024hrs, there was a caller who reported a male party being stabbed in the chest near the 1600 block of Park Ave. Upon arrival, officers confirm a male party was suffering from a wound to the victim’s upper chest. Officers than applied pressure to the would prior to the arrival of medical professionals. Medical professionals arrived minutes later and transported the victim to the hospital. Trumbull News: JUVENILES ARRESTED AFTER THEFT AND ATTEMPT TO STEAL CAR

On Sunday, August 6, 2023, Trumbull Police apprehended three juveniles who had fled from law enforcement after breaking into a car and attempting to steal it at the Trumbull Mall. They had managed to escape with items taken from the vehicle. The arrested individuals included two thirteen-year-olds and one twelve-year-old male, all residents of Bridgeport. These individuals faced charges related to the incident. Around 6:30 p.m., the Trumbull Police received a report about four individuals wearing black hoodies and masks who had just stolen a purse and Air Jordan shoes from a Hyundai Elantra. #Norwalk CT--On Sunday, August 6, 2023, at 10:49 PM, a Norwalk Police Officer conducting high visibility patrol at 30 Day Street, was notified of a suspicious vehicle in the parking garage of building “E”. Patrol Officers approached the vehicle to investigate, and noticed a GLOCK 9mm handgun on the driver’s floorboard of the vehicle, accompanied by a 33 round high-capacity magazine. (HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Ned Lamont and Education Commissioner Charlene M. Russell-Tucker today announced plans to expand Connecticut’s free school meals program for the 2023-2024 school year, enabling more students to receive access to nutritious breakfast and lunch at no additional cost to them or their families. Milford News: Sleeping On Back Porch Nets Violation of Release

#Milford CT--On August 2, 2023, authorities received a report about David Sutton IV (a 59-year-old male) violating the Conditions of Release, which were issued after a domestic violence arrest. The violation involved him sleeping on the back porch of a residence on Naugatuck Avenue. As a result, he was taken into custody and charged with Violation of Conditions of Release 1st Degree.
